A Tea Party Fit for the Queen

I have always loved the idea of a tea party – it is a feminine soiree that allows you to indulge in bite-size sandwiches, pastel colored pastries and sip tea out of beautiful gold rimmed tea cups.  A tea party would be a great way to celebrate the Queens Jubilee which begins today.  Unfortunately I won’t be able to celebrate as I am heading to the beach for a wedding (I am hoping that the rain holds out, the ceremony is on the beach), but I plan on hosting a tea party this summer and in the meantime here are some photographs are leaving me wanting to sip English Breakfast Blend with white gloves.
