Deep Dark Chocolate Cookies

Until this Deep Dark Chocolate Cookie, I had never found a rich chocolate treat that delivered such an intense chewy chocolate taste, without the addition of butter or flour. When you bite into a cookie, it is like biting into a lava cake with a molten center.  The chocolate practically melts in your mouth.  Continue for more...

A Few Things: I found that once the batter was completely mixed together to let it sit for at least 15 minutes - it was much easier to scoop them into balls this way.

  9. These remind me of brownies and there is nothing better than a cookie that meets a brownie. That sprinkle of powdered sugar on the top just screams perfection.
