Wallpapered walls are definitely considered 'wrong' when it comes to a rental property in New York; however, I have come to appreciate the inviting feeling of wallpaper over the years. I think that the 80's/early 90's might have given me a bad taste for this design material, but wallpaper has been back for a while now and appearing in beautiful designs and textures.
