Little Bits of Happiness

(Fall has officially arrived - falling leaves and reveling in the first fire of the season)
(A warm doughnut enjoyed after apple picking)
(Fresh apple cider and an apple pie from my recent bake-off)

(I love drinking green juices, I finally got to try an Organic Avenue drink that really powered me through the day)
(Finally met the west coast rival to Magnolia Bakery - Sprinkles. I have to say they take the cake (pun intended),  I really enjoyed their Almond Cupcake, it was divine)
(Admiring French jams in my favorite local boulangerie, Bien Cuit)
(A trip to the Brooklyn Farmacy & Soda Fountain is like stepping back into time. I absolutely love their ice cream sandwiches, I chose mint chip as the filling)
(ABC Home & Carpet might just be my mecca. I could just stand in that store for hours in complete awe)

  3. I think I too could happily wander around ABC Home and Carpets too! Looks like my kind of store. Your lattice top apple pie looks lovely - perfect comfort food for eating in front of that roaring fire!

  5. That fireplace image really makes me miss living in the northeast! I love the days of sitting by the fireplace drinking hot chocolate with the snow falling (clearly not getting that down in Texas)! xo, Julie

  6. Sprinkles...yum... Get this, in Beverly Hills they have opened a Sprinkles ice cream parlor where you can get an ice cream sandwhich with cupcake tops as the bread. O yea, they let you mix in cupcake crumbs. NEED to try one! My next NYC trip I must head to ABC!
