Petal by Petal:: Delphinium

 The color of the delphinium, also known as larkspur is mesmerizing, almost like a painters palette combining bits of cerulean blue with flecks of violet and a tinge of mossy green.  This blooms first makes an appearance in spring, but can be purchased all-year at floral markets. The delphinium works well in a bouquet, especially if height is needed, as these beauties can grow up to seven feet tall! Continue for more...
