A Caffeine Fix - Coffee or Tea?

Do you prefer coffee or tea? It is the age old question and my answer is usually coffee - very, very strong coffee preferably espresso that is so bold and dimensional that makes me close my eyes and transports me to Italy; however I have recently been drinking a great deal of tea.  Since winter doesn't seem to want to go away for the season I turn to tea with a dollop of honey - it is the only thing that seems to warm me from the inside out. So now I ask you, which do you prefer, coffee or tea?

  5. Tea!!! I was not a caffeine person for most of my life and never needed it. Too sensitive to it I think. But ever since I found out how green tea is anti-cancer...I'm a big fan and have one cup in the morning. I feel like its so good for my body.

  8. Haha I would say both or neither? I don't really drink either regularly, but when I do I don't really prefer one much more than the other! I do like my coffee disguised as dessert though :) Those sugar sticks are so fun!!

  10. I prefer coffee over tea, but not the fancy kind. I don't like espresso or dark roast. For tea, I really only drink green tea!

  11. i adore my coffee in the morning and i'm quite grumpy without it, but i am starting to enjoy tea more. i don't drink coffee after midday, so i'm starting to incorporate green and/or chai in the afternoons. i have to say, i love the tradition of tea - the pretty pots and cups :)

both ways to achieve the desired results. Dieting can bring about muscle loss,
