It is hard to believe that the winter season officially began yesterday and that Christmas is just a few days away. My disbelief is probably stems from the fact that it was about sixty degrees yesterday, or because it feels like we just celebrated Thanksgiving. Regardless, I am thankful and excited for the holidays. There is a sense of peace and quiet to the season, despite the fact that the days leading up to Christmas can become quite hectic. Taking the time to breathe is essential. It doesn't look like Mother Nature will bless us with snow this year, but that doesn't stop me from dreaming of a white Christmas.
