I have admired the style of Aerin Lauder since I was in college. She lends a sort of refinement and understated glamour to everything that she touches and her office is no exception. A Luxurious Life:: Zani Gugglemann

'Warm modern' is how jewelry designer Zani Gugglemann aptly refers to her Tribeca loft.  I couldn't agree more.  I love how she has infused her living area with a soothing color palette made up of steely grays, bits of pink and exposed brick painted white.  I also love the sort of subtle tropical feeling that she has created by incorporating trellis patterned screens and large scale ferns. A Luxurious Life:: Miranda Brooks

 Do you remember how last week I was singing the absolute praise of Miranda Brook's Brooklyn townhouse that was featured in Vogue? Well, finally the photographs have surfaced digitally and I want to share them with you just in case you missed the feature.  I love the amount of rustic English charm infused into each room; I adore every room in particularly her work space - it is airy with the perfect amount of light filtering into the space.  

A Luxurious Life: Lily Maddocks

The Hampton's home of swimwear designer Lily Maddocks is really up my design aesthetic alley.  She infuses just the right amount of color and texture. I particularly love her dining area - I mean wouldn't you love to eat in such a brightly colored room?   I also love the subdued tones in her bedroom that mimic the same shades found by the sea.

I love the serene simplicity of Jill Stuart's Long Island home.  I adore how there is a great amount of white that really allows for the small amounts of color that she incorporated to to really stand out.  Continue for more..

A Luxurious Life: Nina Garcia

Some people just have an innate eye for style and beautiful things. This is definitely the case for Nina Garcia, fashion editor and judge on Project Runway.  Her eye for style definitely translates into her her Upper East Side apartment featured in the October issue of Architectural Digest.  I particularly like her living room and bedroom (okay, and what is in her closet!) that is filled with soothing neutrals like gray and camel.

A Luxurious Life: Tory Burch

Tory Burch is known for her beautiful stores almost as much as she is for her gorgeous clothing, so no wonder her house in Southhampton is a reflection of both.  The exterior is as pristine as the interior, thanks to her well-manicured garden and pool house. This is a house that evoques the magic of the estate in the Great Gatsby.
